By submitting your film into the selection process of Golden Eagle world Film Festival , you expressly acknowledge and agree that you shall be bound by the terms of these Rules & Terms. We treat every filmmaker equally.

Each and every such amendment shall become effective immediately. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates of these Rules & Terms.

English Subtitle Requirement

Films made in languages other than English must have English subtitles.

Right to Refuse Entries

The Golden Eagle World Film Festival Reserves the Right to Refuse Entries.

Liability & Copyright Protection

You Agree to Indemnify and Hold Harmless Golden Eagle World Film Festival From Any Claims Related to Copyright, Trademark, Credits, or Publicity.

Non-Refundable Submission Fees

Submission Fees Are Non-Refundable Once the Film Has Been Submitted.

Official Selection Notification

Selected Filmmakers Will Be Notified and Their Films Will Be Listed on the Festival Website.

Private Jury Screening

All Submitted Films Will Be Privately Screened for the Golden Eagle World Film Festival Judging Panel.

No Refund for Withdrawals

Submission Fees Will Not Be Reimbursed if a Filmmaker Withdraws Their Film.

Required Submission Materials

An Official Trailer or Poster, Synopsis, and Film Link Are Mandatory for Submission.

Rules & Terms Updates

Golden Eagle World Film Festival May Amend the Rules & Terms Without Prior Notice.

Certificate Issuance

Certificates Will Be Issued Within Three Days After the Ceremony, and Direct Communication Will Be Maintained With Filmmakers.
